Bought a POE bullet security cam on accident and needed a way to power it. It already is connected by Ethernet to a mesh router so just needed to get it some power.Easiest setup, no instructions needed. Just plug and play and it works right out of the box.

Item did not work with PTZ 802.3at camera. LED was flashing orange and green
The POE injector did not work on arrival, it was flashing green and orange instead of a solid orange as supposed to. I had to return it.

Super simple installation.
I bought this PoE injector to setup a friends single cam in his hallway and it worked without any issues whatsoever. It's a single cam switch (albeit at a PoE+ standard, but single nevertheless), so you'll need a switch if you want a central power delivery location for your cams. Product recommended! Oh, the instructions are clear, if you need them.
