What a disappointment! The paint is terrible and under-pigmented. The viscosity seems like it MIGHT be acrylic, but it's practically transparent. My manufacturing date was only a month ago, so it's fresh. Even after an unusually vigorous shaking, the paint is still goes on terribly thin. It doesn't act like acrylic, but more like dollar store tempra. The finish is very very matte. But it's SO THIN! You can see right through it! Even after three coats on a fairly neutral surface. And as for the color? Forget about it. The only remotely "neon" is the red and pink colors. The chartreuse looks more like the color of custard, except thinner than custard, and the yellow is just plain old watery, thin yellow. Well the packing job was botched for sure. I'm sure glad they plastic bagged it. But these really need to get better foil seals on top of the bottles, because I paid for paint, not a sack full of worthless mess. I'm very disappointed..All in all, It could have been worse, and according to other buyers, it HAS been worse. Fact is, it's a thin, dull product and totally unacceptable. I have sincere doubts that it's truly an acrylic paint, plus sub-par packing and handling. I'm feeling pretty duped. I definitely won't be purchasing paint online anymore after this experience.
