Beck/Arnley 045-0438 PCV Valve

The part works and fits exactly like the old one. I installed this on a 2007 Nissan Frontier and it was a little tricky to get to, since it screws into the back of the passenger side cylinder head. I removed a few connectors from the wiring harness to give me some better access and just cut the pcv hose, since I was replacing it anyway, That made it easer to remove. The part shouldn't be tight, as it is plastic. I put a large socket on it and was able to turn it by hand, which was good since there was no way I was getting a ratchet on it. I used the same method to install the new one.I would recommend changing the PCV valve when you change spark plugs. That way you'll already have the intake manifold off and can get to it a lot easier.

Not much to say. Works as expected. The hole was a little smaller for this one than my old one on a 07 Nissan Pathfinder, but don't think that matters much

Easy to install great for price!

I decided to change mine as it was at 70k miles. Luckily I have lots of tools, just getting the hose off was tough. And I had a socket that fit it and vise grips to fit the socket. No room for a ratchet.Old one was clean and still worked fine. Still glad I swapped it out.

Did the job but the same problem came back. Not the parts fault it just a cheap version

The product does not fit as oem. Slightly smaller and you need Teflon tape on it for a secure fit
