Full on Irish: Creative Contemporary Cooking Hardcover – 25 May 2006

A really nice twist to a number of traditional dishes or culinary themes. This book shows how modern cuisine can draw on traditions and native ingredients. The book is nicely illustrated and recipes have good little colour pieces about the dishes and their derivations or variations, a bit more than the straight step by step recipe approach. I've had several very tasty successes from this tome and a praticular favourite must be the Haddock Smokey.

I have always wanted a Kevin Dundon cookbook as I admire his cooking.
