Worst peice of junk, cheap metal and can't even stand the weight of MacBook Pro.
Worst peice of junk, cheap metal and can't even stand the weight of MacBook Pro. Don't buy this junk. I am returning it tomorrow morning and will look for better product available in market.

Used for medical scribing
The product serves its purpose by being able to type and write everywhere you go. I would heavily recommend this product for anyone who is a medical scribe or needs to type and write on the go. One complaint that I have is that the hand rests have sharp corners. I only noticed this when my laptop was slipping off the XTOP and I caught the laptop at the cost of pricking my hands on the sharp corners trying to stabilize the XTOP and laptop. Other than that, the build quality is decent and the XTOP is not that uncomfortable. When you are wearing this device, make sure to place the strap above or near your abdomen instead of your lower back.Update #1: The plastic screw that fastens the laptop to the Xtop now broke and slightly damaged a work laptop. Very upset at the build quality since the Xtop works very well generally.Update #2 (after contacting customer service): Cyberdesk provided me with two new improved fasteners that are metal and padded on the top. The improvement is much appreciated and the customer service was excellent.

This is not worth the money
This is not worth the money. Just plastic and does not work very well. Should be only about $35 dollars at the most.

Poor quality
This laptop portable desk caused back pain. It was difficult to assemble and I was afraid the plastic would break as I tried to get it put together. I would not recommend this item.

Only way to walk and type
This is the only device I could find that allows you to use your computer while standing and walking. There is a built in belt system packed inside. If walking or standing is essential to your workflow I'd highly recommend this product.

Special requests for next upgrade version of this.
Please send to manufacturer. While the architectural design is flawless for a metal version, this plastic version is flawed. I did as you said after warning you of how weak this appeared and just storing it in a plastic container in my vehicle alone, I see that the plastic holding the lower middle screw is cracking. Very weak design. Please rename this as a BETA VERSION so buyers will know what to expect and cause you and them less surprises, and less returns. I'm afraid I will have to return this or modify it. Can we pay extra for a better version replacement of these? Something where the weak areas are replaced with metal would be ideal or thicker plastic at least.BETTER INSTRUCTIONS: These instructions and photos are only understandable for your creators and not us customers. They are not simple and detailed enough, especially for those of us who have autistic backgrounds -- who are most of us geeks and techs. Add better photo demonstrations too!UPGRADE WEAK AREAS: First thoughts: While it looks metal it's plastic so it's not as strong as it might appear. However, this does make it lighter being plastic. To avoid damaging all of our valuable laptops and the priceless data on them, I would suggest creating a stronger or thicker strap. I would also suggest making the end that connects to the body stronger as this area will have more pressure applied to it over the longer haul. I would also suggest the body flop having at least a more metal connection to the rest of this portable desk, so that the plastic does not snap.I'm still testing this out so I guess we will see how it does.FOLDING MODE: I suggest adding text to your images of him holding it when not in use as it makes it look like it can be put to the side still attached in a safer manner than being disconnected. Causes confusion. Please provide some option to keep it safe when not in use. Example, when out in public one has limited options to put it temporarily to the side when it gets in the way. Ex. when using public restrooms with limited places to sit such down. There are many more examples when on the go. The strap version of this at least has a way to fold up and connect to the body hands free when not in use. However this has no mode for such situations without fully detaching it. Some of us come from autistic backgrounds so it would be nice if you included more instructive suggestions in your instruction manuals and more pictures of how the community deals with this.LYING DOWN MODE: Also the instructions do not explain how to use it when lying down which has got me perplexed, as the pictures display that this can be used in more positions but does not explain how.
