Confused

This smells like typical barbarshop fragrance. Atomiser is really bad and the cap is made up of cheap plastic. Country of origin is written as USA in Amazon's product page but it's showing UAE in importer's sticker on cellophane and finally Made in France sticker on bottle and package. I don't know which one to believe.
