"I and love and you" Naked Essentials Salmon & Trout Grain Free Dry Cat Food, 3.4 LB

My female Siamese, Meeko, loves this food! It's all she will eat! I have given her even people food like: chicken, fresh tuna and salmon, oister's, and crab meat; all which she will not touch. So, as a last resort, I figured I would at least give her a little variety in her diet by getting her a different flavor of this exact same name brand food. Smart right? Wrong, outwitted again! Thus, after 3 days of not a single crunchy eaten and me thinking I could win 'the battle of wills' between myself and a 5 pound cat. Naturally, she would not eat her food at all until I bought her this particular flavor of food again. I am not joking, this is the only food she will touch. This is a good thing but also thing because I fear what if the Company stops making this flavor or she ever gets sick or i am a way for extended period of time and my regular food runs out. I have had many many Siamese throughout my life and this one is the most frustratingly picky of all these wonderful creatures I have ever owned.

First ingredient is chicken second ingredient is chicken meal and turkey meal overall good quality my cat loves the taste of it. Texture is crunchy small kibbles perfect for smaller cats. No strong odor my cat transition to it just fine with no problems with digestion. kibbles are brown and very small easy to digest ingredients it’s advertised as chicken and duck, but duck is very far down on the ingredient list, so there may be very small amounts of duck. it’s mainly chicken.

It has much better ingredients then most brands in walmart. I don't have acess to many high quality brands in my location. Ive had to switch brands twice bc walmart stopped selling my high-quality brand. For the price, this is a great purchase. This is actually a little bit better indredient wise then the last brand I was getting and its cheaper. Not to mention, my 3 cats enjoy it. Will be sticking with this from now on.

Highly recommend it Cat approved five star rating five paws Approved. and the price is very reasonable with three cats with one older cat and two younger cats eight months old they absolutely love it, the duck and chicken yes and other flavors and their wet food awesome and their dry food can’t keep their dishes full.

The food's fine, chicken and duck in the winter months especially well loved. However, the bag comes with inconsistent pellet sizes - sometimes it's a "hokey puck" maybe about 3/8" diameter and about 3/16 height, and other times it comes as little heart shaped pellets. Now my little ewoks would eat anything, so they'll scarf down either variety, however, with the bigger pellets it's a bit of a mess left behind as it doesn't fit their mouths well - two smaller sized females, one dollfaced like a panther, the other long nosed like a lioness. So even though they are more or less the same size, they chew their food a bit differently. And in both cases, with the big pellets there's pits and pieces all over the place. Not so with the heart shaped ones -those are probably 3/16 in width and about 1/24th in height (or a bit taller). Those fit them perfectly. My issue is with the inconsistency of the pellets' sizes (and my preference leans to the hearts), else I'd say it's a winner cat food.
