Carpets look amazing afterwards..soft and clean.. Easy to set up and use. shampoo that comes with it very small so may need to purchase more. It will make a noise when tank run out of water, so at least you know and you may have to refill a few times depending of size of room.

I live in a bungalow so don't have any stairs. My carpet is a thick grey carpet that was looking dirty. I had paid someone to clean it but it doesn't last. This hoover is brilliant. I use it once a week to keep my carpet looking pristine. I am very happy with it and it has paid for itself rather than getting a professional out. The hoover is easy to use and light enough to push and pull along the carpet. Using it in slow motion achieves brilliant results

It's not too good not too bad , it's literally useful

It is really hard to clean the carpets, I am not sure why. But what I can see is that this machine is not taking out the water from the carpet, resulting with dump smell. Also, I would appreciate if there was a screwdriver provided.

Excellent cleaner just can't do stairs or furniture as no attachments

Previously had a Vax which stopped functioning correctly, money was tight and I own a lot of Tower appliances so thought I would give their carpet cleaner a try. It is useless. Doesn't get rid of stains, doesn't collect much water in the dirty tank leaving your carpet completely soaked. If you do buy this product, please don't use the shampoo that comes with it, buy a different one. It absolutely stinks and I had to use almost a full bottle of fabreeze to get my carpet smelling fresh again
