I recently purchased the Vicks humidifier, and it has been a great addition to my home, especially during the dry winter months. The design is compact and easy to use, making it perfect for bedrooms or small spaces. I've been wanting a humidifier for quite some time especially during the winter months because it gets too dry in my home and my throat gets very dry I started looking around and I like this one the best because of the fact that you can put essential oils in the main chamber I also pour in some of the Vicks camper liquid that's usually used in their vaporizers but can be equally effective for helping a call and this humidifier I also love that it has a spot in the front to put the little pads that also omit vicks products for an extra add on. I love that it changes colors or you can freeze it on the color you like I like that when you fill the tank up it will definitely last the entire night even if you put it on high I've been breathing better since it's been in the room I can't say enough good things about this I absolutely would recommend this for a child's bedroom just make sure to heat the warnings that if the child is 10 lb and under to not have this near them cuz I definitely see how it could affect lungs but for somebody that's an adult or an older child this is just such a great investment in my mind and it really was a great price as well much cheaper than in the stores but probably a good $10 if you're even thinking about purchasing a humidifier or anything like that do yourself a favor and get this one today I love buying the little Vicks vapo pads that are for sleepy time cuz they have chamomile and lavender and Eucalyptus and some camphor for coughing and they put me right to sleep the machines quiet I mean it's perfect for a baby's nursery, a kid's room, and for an adult.

The media could not be loaded. It does the job for a small room. Definitely humidified the spare room which is 12’x10’. I’m happy about that because the air is so dry and it cut the static right down. BUT, if you’re looking for “whisper quiet”, or even quiet, you might want to adjust your definition of the word “quiet”. It “tinkles”. It makes you need to tinkle. It tinkles loudly on high, and tinkles a bit on low. I cannot stand that sound. I have a fan on as well which helps block out the sound, but I can still hear it on low. I’m sensitive to sound anyway, so I’m not a fan of the tinkling. Other than that, it seems to be a nice little unit. Doesn’t take up much space, humidifies very well, and it’s really easy to set up. Btw, the video was taken when the unit was on the highest setting.

I love this product! I bought it for my 9 month old that had his first cough, I used the sleepytime Vicks pods that I bought separately, which did not last as long as I had hoped, but the machine itself works great, throws a strong white mist that quickly humidified my small room. Also the light has an on off button which I liked. There is a loud trickling noise but I don’t mind it.

I have this bedside, it is very quiet and effective. You can either have the nightlight on or off. Easy to fill, I empty it every morning and haven’t needed to clean it yet but only used it a week or so. Good price for a nice appliance.

This vaporizer is so easy to use and worked beautifully for my needs. I had a cat whose nose was very stuffy because of the low humidity in our home. The vet suggested running the shower for the steam which I'm sure would have helped. I saw this item and decided to go with it and am I ever glad I did! I used it in the "cats" bedroom which they occupy at their hearts desire, and it made a world of difference to my old faithful cat! Thanks!

I read a review that underlines the need for clarification in the instructions regarding the night light. I had a similar experience but figured it out. The instructions are poorly worded and cause owners to believe their unit is defective. It probably is fine.First of all, as photo electric night lights usually work, the night light feature comes on only in darkness. So the night light will not turn on in a lit room or in daylight when you test it.Second, and here is the rub, there is no button to push per se as characterized in the instructions. The picture marking the night light on the front of the humidifier (light bulb symbol) is touch sensitive. In my vocabulary, pressing a button causes a depression. There will be none! No movement. Think of putting your finger on your tablet or smart phone. The choice of night light hue works with this touch action too. Just gently touch the light bulb symbol (remember, do this in dark room).So before you send it back, you might follow the above. Good luck!And yes, for the price, nice quiet unit. Very happy with it.
