Intelligent QR Labels for Organization/Moving/Storage (48 Unique Labels, 1.5"x1.5")

These stick to plastic and cardboard very well. I haven’t tried metal yet. The app is fairly easy to learn. You scan the code and the app opens to a title screen where you title the container and set its location. Then you save it. Next you hit add item and name the item. Then you add a photo. Then you add a description. Then you save again. Repeat add item till you’re finished. I’ve done several containers each with multiple items inside. My daughter scanned with her phone, without the app on it, and a list of contents came up, each with pictures and descriptions. You can also add videos. I started with my pipe collection and the organizers in the pantry. Next I’m hitting the garage!

Great easy app with big letters. That’s what you’re paying for. Bit expensive for a few labels. But works awesome. Slap on box/bin etc. Take pic of each item in the container, if it has a upc label it prefills description. enter container location. After a few, you forget what is where (purpose of app/labels). Just put in search the item you’re looking for (Ie. Wedding album) and it tells you “Bin# master bedroom my closet top shelf”. (Be specific where you put box. “Garage” doesn’t cut it. Say you have a double garage with 3 walls of shelves and cabinets. Or double walk in closet. To continue with album example, nice I Input exact location. “My master closet boots storage area). I live in Florida so boots not a common daily wear.

This was just what I needed to organize and consolidate my cookie cutters. I can easily find a cutter that I'm looking for. I can also open the app and search my cutters so that I can see what I have before making a purchase so I don't duplicate. Highly recommend for many uses

MUST BUY for anyone who is looking for ways to organize and/or pack/store items.I tried a similar product from another company before giving these a shot. I loved the concept but the other product's app was not user friendly, very slow, and glitchy. I was weary to try this one after my negative experience with the other product because this product had slightly lower ratings, but figured why not? I was an still am EXTREMELY satisfied with the ToteScan QR labels and the related app and very happy I gave them a try. I have told so many people about this product since and have no doubt that I will be ordering more in the near future.The application is extremely user friendly and runs well. I have not tried the app on an iOS (Apple) device but in my experience, if an app works great with an Android, it will work great with an Apple; however, if an App works great with an Apple, it may not necessarily work so great with an Android.

These labels really do work and make moving much easier. The app is a bit messy and could definitely be better. Otherwise I’ll definitely be buying again

Really easy to use and the application is straight forward. Stickers are easy to apply and can apply to milk crates and door frames (I use them to maintain inventory in my home's maintenance room where I store home repair parts and emergency equipment). Make sure to not delete any QR codes you've scanned from the app. The app gives you this ability but once you delete it from the app, the QR code become useless as you cannot re-add QR codes to the app once they've been deleted.Other than that good purchase for what I was looking for. I wouldn't use them for anything that could get wet however as they are just a paper sticker with the QR code printed on them.

I just love these so much - my entire house and workplace is all labelled up and organised. When I need to find a specific document I can just check my phone without rifling through my office. When I need to know what's in the pantry while I am shopping- it's all there. Etc etc. Handy for insurance purposes too.
