I have a shitzhu-Boston Terrier mix puppy adopted from rescue and she is by no means a from-froo dog! She loves getting dirty, rolling in smelly grass, napping on her potty patch (Ewwwww!) and she has a medium length wavy, fuzzy coat instead of the smooth short hair of a Boston Terrier. So I had to get a gentle puppy shampoo that I can use on her fuzzy face and head, keeping tear stains and food stains from her beard. Not only for its no tears gentleness, but it also has to clean thoroughly, smell wonderful and be gentle enough to use often to get her clean after her tomboy antics. I highly recommend this!!! I have had Boston Terriers exclusively since my first BT over 12 years ago, and this will be my go to puppy and/or facial cleaner for my babies, no matter how old they are. I can guarantee that you will love the way your pup's coat feels and smells Quality at a decent price, and I love getting everything from amazon!! My pup is SO soft and fluffy and smells SO good after using this. The scent truly lasts for about a week on my pup (cockapoo), and once it fades, she still smells clean. So far after 3 baths she’s had no irritation or reactions to the formula. One thing to note, I use A LOT of this shampoo for her baths because it comes out very runny. Not necessarily a problem, but I do foresee having to get a bigger bottle/having to buy more frequently.

My Maltese Always come back from the Groomer smelling like a perfume factory. This scent is light and fresh This shampoo brighten the coat and it's easy on the dog skin does not get in their eyes and I have bought it twice and love it.

This has been the best puppy shampoo I’ve ever used. It is so soft but the smell it smells like old lady not to be rude, but the smell is like a grandmother’s home. I know a lot of people know what I’m talking about. But the quality of it is fantastic. It’s just the smell.

This shampoo is tearless (what I was looking for to do my Poodle's face& head) and I could not believe how good it smelled. The scent lasted for 2 weeks.

I like this shampoo and noticed that my dog smelled really nice after her bath. My only negative comment would be the shipping. The bottle arrived in a plastic bag where it had spilled out part of the shampoo. I do recall someone else mentioning this in the comments. So, this needs to be fixed so that it doesn't leak out of the bottle during shipping.

Smell is wonderful and lathers very good and it definitely helps to fluff your pup. Great buy adding to subscription.

The shampoo is very good. I gave my puppy his first bath with this shampoo. The shampoo is mild and doesn’t lather much so it was easy to rinse him. Was little worried for allergy and reactions but my pup was happy after his bath. His coat feels softer and brighter. Definitely going to purchase next. Wish bio groom anti tick product becomes little cheaper in India. Also mild frangnance keeps my pup odour free. For those who are looking for mild shampoo for their pups. This is the one I would recommend..

This shampoo is excellent. It has a great smell that stays in the dog's fur for a long time. It is tearless and that is great for shampooing any puppy or dog for that matter. Cleans well and rinses out easily. Excellent product.
