Works great as a trickle charger...
Although the wires that are used for the terminal clips and the battery terminal connectors are a very thin gauge and relatively small, the charger doesn't move a lot of power, and hasn't given me any issues. It's not designed to charge fast at 1.5A, and is a better long-term trickle charger. The lights blink or stay solid to state the charging cycle occurring. The power unit remains warm whether actively charging or trickle charging, but not hot. The wiring always stays cool. I've used it on both a car and a motorcycle to maintain the charge while the vehicles sit, and have always come back to the charger stating that the battery is fully-charged and is in maintenance mode. For $19 (at writing), it's a perfectly acceptable vehicle trickle charger.

Car Charger
This item works very well, I have several cars, and I have one hooked up to each car with no issues at all. It keeps me from having to charge batteries up every few weeks. Great investment.

The cord isn't as long as I'd like it to be
Purchased this for my motorcycle for those long winter months that I can't ride and just stare at my bike (sigh...). Anyhow, the tender is quite easy to use, with the buttons right on the plug and corresponding lights to go with it. The only gripe I have is that the cord itself is not very long. You'd have to more or less park your bike right next to the outlet in order for it to be usable without an extension cord. This is not the case in my situation. So, I use an extension cord. It is what it is I suppose. As far as functionality, It works as intended, and works well.Buy with confidence!

Very good quality, nice packaging, comes with pigtail
Very flexible with 12v and 6v as well as AGM and , I needed this for my AGM Gel battery and for 12V and 6V. Small size makes it easy to pack on my motorcycle or snowmobile. A very good value!

Perfect for AGM Honda Metropolitan 49 cc battery
At $20 bucks I had low expectations. But this little gem is perfect! This is my first time owning equipment with an AGM battery. As such I mistakenly thought all trickle chargers were the same. They are NOT!I am a huge fan of the known brand chargers that start with “S” (don’t think I can mention brand names)….never failed me. Until I used a non-AGM compliant charger on my scooter AGM battery. It smoked it! Not the chargers fault…it was mine. IF I would have paid attention I would have seen the error I was about to make.THIS brand is designed for AGM….have had no issues, and chargers great! I did have to use a small washer underneath the battery bolt as the head of my particular bolt was smaller than the ring terminals this charger came with.Easy to install…plenty of room left in the battery bolt to grab the nut.Love the lights on the charger…super simple to read.I also tested with my ohms meter…it is a great, steady charger!I’d recommend this for your AGM batteryNote: what I think I learned is an AGM charger is safe on both AGM and traditional filled batteries. So this is fully compliant with traditional batteries too! Thanks for reading my review.
