What can I say? There are a few supplements that I use often and this is one of them. The more I read about Magnesium the more I realize its a must have with our deteriorating diets and depleted soils we never get enough magnesium in our diets. The benefits are very noticeable and Its been natures Xanax for me. If you think you need Xanax I dare you to try this first. It'll save you a lot of pain. Read about what it does for bowel movements and be careful not to take too much. You'll know you have when you cant get off the toilet hahaha. I wont list every benefit but I'll say one more thing. Science is coming around to the fact that there might be other factors that cause people to have heart attacks that have nothing to do with cholesterol. Wrong Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio and lack of Magnesium are looking at more likely candidates for heart disease. Even butter would be ok if it weren't a bi-product of corn-fed cows loaded with Omega 6. We need more omega 3. Try Astaxanthin........its amazing as well. Understand thought that only 85% of people repond to Astaxanthin as it is a Carotenoid. Some peoples systems don't process these things. No problem, just no benefit or effect.

I won't waste your time telling you all about Magnesium, as you can and probably have gotten that information already. This particular product by NOW is one of the best I've found out there and very well priced in the market. I've been using NOW products for about 10 years and I've never run into an issue with even a single capsule, and all products tend to be very fresh.NOW magnesium is no different. There are no digestive issues, and the reasons that I take magnesium have been consistently and similarly treated with this product as well as many others from NOW. Therefore, the reason to hold onto this name brand is that it has continued to do well for me for a long time. I can't say that about several other brands. What more can you say about supplements other than that they work, they are fresh, they are consistent, and they are value priced. I've turned several other family members and friends onto this particular product for a variety of reasons and have no qualms about recommending it to anyone else.
