First off, YUM lol. I had to actually stop myself from eating more than 3 a day, they taste good and are very gummy and bouncy. But to the actual point - I took “before and after” photos, just 10 days apart, and I do think there is a noticeable difference. It did not impact my blemishes or mild acne so far, but I think it has improved some fine lines and signs of stress. (I did nothing different in my skincare routine, just exfoliating, cleansing, using a toner, and moisturizing).
