Great and responsive customer service
Had a one of the mirrors come with the housing a little separated. I did get it put back together but the mirror would not go back to flush when out. I contacted them and they were very responsive to this and offered replacement or refund. I opted for a replacement. It took a few days and when the replacement showed, the carrier beat the box all to pieces. I did not open the box but let the company know about it and they responded very quickly again, offering the same option, refund or replacement. I opted for the refund which I received very quickly and they told not to worry about the mirror in the damaged package and that I could keep it! I highly recommend these people who do offer a great product at a great price, but also offer outstanding customer service, a commodity rarely found nowadays. Thank you so much for resolving all of my concerns so quickly!

It works.
I had these installed on a 2013 Avalanche, Black Diamond. The signal lights blink red, they do the up and down thing and I'm thinking they do the warm thing so all is well. They don't fold. I'm working on that. I've ordered an AC Delco part right here on Amazon.com that'll talk to the things. Money, money, money. What would we do without a load of "Dead Presidents"! :o)

Vibrates while driving much more than factory mirrors
Look great and affordable. Began having issues with the mirrors resetting to weird angles when vehicle is started and they shake a little while driving but overall not terrible for the price
