Overall this is actually a very impressive deba. I'm a bit shocked at how impressive it is actually. All my knives are high end japanese knives and this one would be considered the least of these, but it is at par with most (if not all) of my other knives quality level. The knife arrived very quickly....about a week or so and it was expected to be a few weeks. Why I left one star short of a perfect score has to do with the transaction and not the product. It's bad enough that it cost $22 for shipping....which I was ok with when I purchased the knife; but, when the delivery guy came to my door I owed another $24 for duty fees which I was not expecting at all. So, for a $77 knife, I paid $46 to get it here. $123 total and 40% of it was delivery. I'm not complaining about the $123 as it's really inexpensive for even a mediocre knife....its the surprise of the extra expense and cost ratio.

Nice one, razor sharp, great for skinning fish

I received a damaged unit. The tip was chipped off. Waiting for refund so I can order again, as this knife has a good weight to it, and a decent blade for the price range.
