(Updated review) I have ordered many more boxes of these cartridges and they have arrived without damage. I have also used these on clients and I'm very happy with how well they do. No problem dumping ink. Can run long lines. No needle play. Not shaky. Very solid cartridges. Ignore the old photos. (Old review) The big box these was delivered in was not damaged which tells me this happened before shipping it out. Some of the wrapping on the cartridges are indented but not broken through. I wish these where shrink wrapped like other brand cartridges I've ordered. After using a couple of these they seem sturdy with little side to side movement. I will order a few more boxes. But will have to find a different brand if they keep looking like these.
