I recently purchased the Elica 4 Burner Gas Stove with Auto Ignition, and I must say it has truly exceeded my expectations! The stove not only looks premium with its sleek glass top design but also performs exceptionally well. The auto ignition feature works smoothly as of now. I will write the detailed product review after using it for 2-3 months. What impressed me even more was the excellent installation service provided by Mr. Javed Shaikh. He was extremely professional, punctual, and polite. He explained the product features in detail, ensured proper fitting and safety checks, and left the kitchen area spotless after installation. His expertise and courteous behavior made the entire experience absolutely hassle-free. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the Elica product quality and the installation service.

Product is Good

The item was fine till the warranty lasted for one year, then slowly the flame decreased in the big burners, giving rise to the cooking issues, next the auto ignition was gone, even after replacing the battery, it was of no use... when contacted with the elica customer care personnel, they told that a motor has to be replaced then only the autoignition will function.. it costs nearly ₹1500, the technician visit costed me nearly ₹500, now we are planning to dispose it for a second hand or exchange with a new and less coster one... the technician was not able to diagnose the issue for low flame.

Best cooktop for Indian cooking , quick installation done with great support

I needed to upgrade the gas stove at home from 2 to 3 burner and looked forward to this one. An elegant-looking stove that is not too deep, leaves some space on the platform in the front, has three different size burners, and has auto ignition, was a nice bet. ••••••••••••••••••• 🎁 INSIDE BOX ••••••••••••••••••• 1x gas stove 3x pan supports 3x burners 1x manual 1x battery 1x small pan support •••••••••••• ➕ PROS •••••••••••• 1. 3 different size burners for different requirements 2. Quality of all the components is excellent, except for the battery compartment and ignition system (details below) 7. Double drip tray for easy cleaning around burners •••••••••••• ➖ CONS •••••••••••• 1. Auto ignition is unreliable. Sometimes it works, but sometimes it just won't. - Skips sparks- you can hear sound of sparks but it's not every time on every burner - Spark rod height is not adjustable- it sparks on the lower zone of the burner and can't be moved up for better ignition 2. Nothing extraordinary for the price point- like burner profile and design, gas transfer system is an ordinary one, and burner bottom unit is also thin. I have other brands similarly priced 3 burner stove, and every component of it justifies the cost. 3. Poor quality battery compartment whose cover would never lock in place •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ⚙️ INSTALLATION & WARRANTY •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• - An automated request is sent to Elica for installation as soon as it is delivered. You may also call on customer care no mentioned on the brands website/manual to register an installation request. - Installation cost was 250 for the LPG system (mentioned on the website even) and increases if it is PNG, as they need to change the nozzle to support PNG. - Installation is not mandatory for warranty registration (can se self installed), and I checked twice with the support team on this. Even the service center clarified this part. The only caveat is that if an authorized provider installs the product, the visit charge will not be there for one year, but if not, the visit charge is applicable during the warranty period, and post that for every complaint. (a bit odd thing) - Also, the service provider will try to push you for self-installation, and if you don't know/read the above condition, you will end up paying visit charges for every visit even in the first year of warranty. •••••••••••••••• 🏆 VERDICT •••••••••••••••• For the cons and warranty-related things, I reduced two stars for this product. Rest it is a good stove to own if you can live with the cons and the price.

Product quality is very good, lightweight and easy to use. Installation was done by Narendra from Elica team pune and demo was given very nicely.

Installation is good and the Mr. Murali has done a good work and very receprive in clarifying our doubts. The product is very slim and looks good, only problem is auro ignition is working slowly. So Elica service can improve ur RND team can a keep an eye to look out the auro ignition problems to resolve in future.
