Of course the book is excellent and so are Amazon.in and Mastermindbooks.

I like this book because it comes with a CD that helps you get to your level. I say this is a must tool to add to your library of other mind control and spiritual development collection. I have recommended this books to friends and we are practicing together.What I like about this book is that it focus on visualizing helping others and has strong core spiritual principles. If you are a beginner to this sort of topic then expect to be blown away by positive thinking. Then once you gone trough the book, read it a further three times and then study everything you can around each chapter, this will give you more in-depth knowledge of the science.

First of all, I was in shock over a negative review earlier. The attitude sounded to me like alot of overlay of the person's life, and alot of negative connotations were placed in it where none existed.As for the book itself, it is an excellent introduction to The Silva Ultramind System. I have had alot of experience with it over the years, and it has never failed me.Joe Jr. and Ed Bernd brought out the basic training and explanations of going to the Alpha level, as well as what it can be used for. Try it for yourself. You can never get an accurate idea of what this is until you try it yourself. The CD that comes with the book is an EXCELLENT way to start the learning process.Many people have "borrowed", stolen or otherwise used The Silva Method, but the original is still the best. I have been to several Self-improvement courses over the years, and many of them used the Silva Deep Relax almost word for word.I use it daily for myself both for physical and mental health. Comes in handy at work when you have to make split second decisions that could save or cost someone their life.I highly recommend this book for both the novice and the experienced Silva practioner.Calvin P. I had been using the Jose Silva CD set previously and the book contains a modernised view and helps with clear explanations and motivation, excellent book would recommend this for anyone looking to enhance their spiritual potential

Aber zumindest gut für mein Englisch, dafür war es hauptsächlich gedacht. José Silvas Erstwerk ist jedoch das beste, dieses hier hat mir keine neuen Erkenntnisse gegeben.
