I’ve ordered different times and they don’t send the one that is in the pic

Worst electronic device experience of the year
I bought this product looking at the amazing reviews, was only able to use it one time and it never got charged the 2nd time. I contacted reseller and Amazon and they said it is out of the return window and there is no guarantee. Are they expecting us to use the items we buy, every day all day long for 15 days just to check if there is any default with it? It is the worst experience ever from A-Z.
