Not sure, just received mine 4/28/21, clear plastic , no instructions. Tried them on and they don’t stick well at all. Going to wash face and try them on again before I give a review

Q: Are these eye pads thick? or like a thin piece of plastic?

They are not paper thin but not really thick.

Q: How long does the anti-aging effect last?

I have not yet received them in the mail so I cannot help you with your question yet. But I imagine since they are reusable, the effect probably lasts a day or two.

Q: Are they supposed to be sticky? I would have thought they were hydrating. Can it be really helpful for wrinkles?

they have to be sticky to stay on your skin. Yes, it helps a great deal. I am a side sleeper so this really helps reduce the look of wrinkles.
