It served my purpose
Not especially sturdy but still very good value for the price. Unlike others of this type that I've had this one fit well together and all of the parts were present. Easy to assemble. When putting it into the ground I first use a metal stake to hammer in some holes in the ground as I didn't want to damage the frame. Then I inserted the frame to a decent depth for the soil quality ( mine is quite hard and has many trees roots). I gently firmed the frame into the ground with a hammer close to a tight screw by the first upright section. This worked well. After compacting the soil around the footings I then draped my old climbing rose (which had been sprawling on the ground for several years) over the now steady frame and tied it in. It looks good and I can't wait to see what it looks like when the roses are out. Tip: make sure the holes of the two joining prices are perfectly aligned before inserting the screw - it sounds obvious but it isn't always :). I bought two and assembled them differently as it allows for a wider arch span - very happy with purchase.

Good value for money
Fairly easy to assemble. I would recommend greasing the joints with something like Vaseline. Flexible assembly shapes. Held up my beans and coped with strong winds remarkably well. Would buy another if I had the space to use it.

It's Fine For The Price
Got one to see what it was like, with a view to possibly getting another one or even two to creata a shaded area in the garden for hundreds less than a pergola. Assembled as the wide, flat topped arch option. It's fine. Not the straightest nor the sturdiest, but I didn't expect it to be. Again, it's a 30 quid garden structure, if you want straight and sturdy fork out real money for a proper one.Sank one end into the tub of a climbing plant and will train it onto the frame in time, the other end will be sunk into another tub but for now is just resting on bare earth. I'm training some tree branches through it at that end for stability and shade. The pieces went together easily enough, we did the side sections, then the top section, then the curved sections and then put them all together. The screw holes could be a smidge bigger for my husband's liking as we struggled with them on the curved to straight joints especially.Overall it's what I expected for the price. I may add a little glue to the joints at some point or use some clear varnish to weather proof them, but I'm not unhappy.

Did the job
I wanted something to separate part of the garden and on which to grow climbing plants. I assembled it in the wider style. It was easy to do and it seems pretty sturdy so far. I think it was good for the money and I’m pleased with how it looks.

Lasted a year.
Rusted out and broke within a year. Took the plant with it. For an outside arch didn’t seem fit for purpose. Wouldn’t recommend.

Careful During Assembly
I purchased this arch as a cheap and cheerful feature for the garden. As per a previous reviewer it's a good idea to lay out the arch before you start assembling, my OH tried to start before I had told him this and he managed to bend one of the arch pieces as they are quite flimsy. The instructions are at first confusing but by laying it out it becomes clearer and you can see that you are building two arches that are joined by crossing pieces. I shall see how it survives the winter.
