This is one of the few items that I would recommend to a brand new student or someone who is thinking of starting brazilian jiu jitsu. The pictures are large and the printed instructions are clear, short, and easy to understand.

The best book on the market for BJJ beginners. Marc Walder is a legend and I can't wait to get back to training.

I love this book because it is simple and well illustrated. Concentrates on the basics which you need to master to have a good game the further you progress. I would recommend this for beginners. It helped me quite a bit.
