Ok for the money

Wow! I cannot recommend these insoles highly enough. They have been a real game changer for me. I could feel the results right away.I've been struggling with Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis since I was in my teens and running cross-country regularly. However, when I was around 19 or 20, the minor injuries got considerably worse. My 20s have been plagued with a cycle of Achilles and heel pain. I have had extensive physiotherapy, I stretch regularly, and foam roll. I've tried many different kinds of shoes with built-in arch support. However, these insoles go even further than any of the shoes I've tried.It does take some time to adjust to them but I noticed the difference right away. They were slightly uncomfortable to begin with and my feet ached slightly once I took my shoes off. However, what was absent was the sharp pain of Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. After using them for a lot longer, the discomfort has largely dissipated.That said, a word of warning. Make sure that the insoles are correctly inserted in the shoe as if the ball is not correctly placed under the arch, it will be painful to run in these. It can also lead to blistering and bleeding if the insoles are not correctly aligned. Take a few attempts of trying the shoes on with the insoles before going for a run.

The description should read 'Very strong support'. I chose this product purely on the description which stated 'medium' support, as I knew I did not want firm support. However, the insoles are very uncomfortable and rigid when inserted into a shoe. The arch support protrudes out at the side of the shoe, which is very unsightly. Definitely not worth the money spent as I will be unable to wear them all day. I will try to trim the insoles to see if this helps...

They were too bulky to fit inside my shoes, I am better with the half foot ones

Bought these for daughter as she has flat feet and was having ankle pain. Dr advised I buy some of these. Did the job in a really short time. No more pain.

I found the insoles particularly useful in my work boots to help me recover from my ankle injury

I ordered these after being told I needed insoles by my physio. Even though they are described as medium “flat” what you can’t see in the picture is that there is a raised lump in the middle of the insole which means that they are not flat at all. I’m sure if that’s what you are wanting that’s fine but there is no mention of the lump in the description of the product.

Walk a lot and had long suffered with foot pains. This is my second purchase so I can say without doubt that since using these my pain been almost eliminated. I honestly believe this has been one of the best products I have bought. Can’t praise them enough.
