OLLY Miss Mellow Capsules, Hormone Balance and Mood Support, Vegan Capsules, Supplement for Women - 30 Count

I have a severe form of PMS called PMDD, so I was willing to try anything to get some relief but my doctor recommended I find a supplement like this one. I used it regularly and started to notice a difference after 1-2 months. It didn't get rid of my mood swings completely, but it did make them less intense and more manageable. It had no affect on my physical symptoms like cramps, but I have a heat pad for that. The pills are kind of large so if you have trouble with swallowing pills, that's something to keep in mind. it actually has a pleasant, earthy taste to it as well. I stopped taking them for a couple cycles to see if there would be a difference, and my mood does feel a bit unmanageable at times, like it did before I started taking these. I went back to crying at random places lol so I am starting my subscription back up now that I am convinced that this product works.

I'm not sure how this will post but this is from the wife. 😅 I went into buy this product, not expecting much. I was look for a product to help with my mood swings since I discontinued my birth control and was feeling very irritated and sleepy since I've stop my pill for a couple of years. I picked this products because of the reviews, well I have to say I was happily surprised by the results. With in a couple of weeks of using it, I have * decreased irritability * less feeling of fatigue * got my period on time (always getting them 1 week early) I'm going to continue taking this and if anything changes I will update but I'm so happy I found this vitamin supplement.

These have been super good to me. Only downside was the smell and taste. I got better sleep and overall energy boost. I could feel the difference in my everyday life.

These really do help ease up the stress hormones and the mood swings us women have no control over! It works well on my teen. We take them daily so we're ready for all the hormonal shifts throughout the month. The chlorophyll that was added on the recent ingredient change was awesome as well as I was already taking it in a separate pill. It is, currently, cheaper to buy online vs in store.

Love these. Been taking these along with vitamin D for a little over a month now and I really feel a difference. I have more energy to run behind my kid all day, run errands, do more interactive play with her and feel more of a sense of urgency in the best way possible. I haven’t changed my lifestyle or diet except drinking more water but this has given me more motivation to get up and move. As a SAHM sometimes the days drag and you can’t help but doom scroll on IG or TT. Not so much anymore. It’s been really nice. Will be ordering more.

I started taking some of the OLLY supplements to help with anxiety and found that though this does help to control anxious feelings and overwhelming emotions, it is also very draining, at least for me. I appreciate the effects that it has on calming me down, but I have to take them at night because if I take them during the day, I will tend to get sleepy an hour or so after taking it. The sleepiness is very similar to that of Benadryl. I don't really take them at night because that's usually when I am least busy and not anxious, but I still order them to keep nearby. Though they certainly wouldn't be helpful during a work day, they can be quite practical on the weekends if I know that I can get a quick powernap in, because I definitely will feel better. The pills are easy to swallow and have no flavor to them. I did find them to be a little pricy for the purpose of the supplement, but I know of others that cost more and do the same job as the OLLY ones. Over all I would give it a B+!

These are so good. I have been searching for a mood booster/stabilizer that doesn’t have ashwaganda in it because I’m allergic to it, but this one by Olly doesn’t have ashwagana and it is amazing! After getting my IUD removed and going off my birth control I needed something to help regulate my cycle and keep my mood swings in check and this does just that! I really notice the most difference if I forget to take it because I’m more grouchy. But when I take it everyday I feel so much happier and I laugh so much more. Really recommend these!

Not much takes the edge off my wife’s pms that is not a narcotic. Lol these work really well and make her even have a slightly better attitude. All natural so worry about taking too much or whether or not you can take them every day
