Cracked in 9 months. Warranty claimed and got a replacement
Update - After long interaction with the Customer Care this product has been replaced by the manufacturer. I have to incur the cost of sending the product to their office in Mumbai to check for warranty. Finally it’s accepted and replaced.Issue faced - Writing this review after 9 months. This cooker developed a crack after 6 months of use. Please see the pictures. Due to the crack the lid is not sitting correctly and it's useless. It's a waste of money. Reached out to Customer care for warranty claim (1 year warranty as per the information provided in the website). However company is not providing a replacement or a fix. They keep saying they will respond. No response and no solution. Very bad experience.

Not that useful and bad quality
While the concept is good, there are certain factors which decide if the item is good or not. 1) The cover is very loose and a bit small and the side handles are not sufficient to hold it in place making the rice fall out when draining. 2) There is no way to hold the steam inside the pot as it will exit from the holes in cover. 3) after 7 days of cooking, please look at photo. It cracks.

Waste of money, Bogus warranty
The rice pot from esteemed (so called) brand " Vinod " is of no use within 4 months of purchase. It got broken as shown in image and yes, crack appear by all itself like cheap steel utensils are cracked after sometime.When I tried to claim warranty, the only and best solution provided by customer care of " Vinod" is to send 4kg pot to their head office in Mumbai through courier which will cost me around Rs 700-800. Yes,they will not bear the cost.Conclusion:- 1) Steel is of very low quality.2) Please don't buy from these so called brand " Vinod" and Amazon. Local dealers atleast will take ur complaint in account and will provide you with better solution.
