Feeling One of my Best Purchases
I choose it because i felt a heavy weight iron can do its work efficiently. When i open the package, at first i strongly disappointed that it seems low weighted than the product information. But after starting my usage, i really wonder, it is light weight for hand but high weight for the fabric which i am using for ironing. My work was so easy now. I am fully satisfied with this. The only little problem to say is, while doing the ironing, we can't rest the iron properly on its back as the balance of the back is a little bit low.

Please stay away from this product
Giving 1 star only because there is no option for 0. Worst product and worst technical support. Burn 2 shirts and the support technician was of 0 assistance. He just left saying some defective parts needs to be replaced but those parts are unavailable. My advice is to stay away from this product.
