Fits perfectly and my phone does not fall out Very happy with this purchase

Got here on time. Fast to respond to my questions. It was perfect.

The media could not be loaded.  The cell phone dash mount was easy to install (see video).We have tried other cell phone mounts but they aren’t wide enough to accommodate our Apple phone with Otterbox. This one works great!

2020 Jeep Gladiator owner here. I was about to write a bad review because of how wobbly it was and missing screws... but then I got up close to my Jeep’s dash and noticed that my Jeep already had screws ready to go for me. Just lift out the rubber piece and unscrew the 2 screws from the dash. Then take the rubber pieces out of the new mount’s “cups”. Use the original screws through the pre-drilled holes and it’s a perfect stabilized fit. Easy 1 handed operation now and I’m 100% certain it will withstand any off-roading.The cups are deeper and hold more stuff now. The black plastic is a good match for the dash.You can replace the mount with anything that attaches to the same size ball... I have a wireless charging mount that snapped on perfectly and a magnetic one too.

I loved this phone holder while it worked, then the other day I get in my car, go to put my phone in its usual place, and the whole thing snaps right off of its base.Going to reach out to the company because it is supposed to have a 12 month warranty. Will update my review when I hear back from them.Edit: Company got back to me right away and sent a full replacement! Very helpful, and it is working great again. Definitely recommend now considering the customer service should you have a problem like I did.Edit 2: I don't know if I'm using the product wrong or what, but the exact same thing happened again only a few months later. The plastic bit that holds the phone snapped right off when I went to put the phone on the mount. The company was great last time, and I'm still within the year warranty period, but I fear that the same thing will just happen again.And it's a real shame, because I do love this product! Everyone who sees it thinks it came from the factory like that!If I may make a suggestion to CheroCar... just extend out the plastic ball that the clamp goes on and make a MAGNECTIC option! It would put much less strain on that skinny plastic neck, just need to make sure that the ball sticks out far enough so that the magnet sits at a proper viewing angle.Once again, will update if I hear anything.Edit 3: Heard back from them within a few hours. They told me that the part that keeps breaking has been replaced with an aluminum alloy part, and would be shipped directly to me from China in hopefully less than 3 weeks.Will leave it at a 4 for now until the part arrives, but the customer service has been impressive, and if they really did reinforce the part that breaks with aluminum then this is a 5+ star product. Fingers crossed and high hopes that this will work out. Will update in the future.And not for nothing, but I’m dead serious about that magnetic attachment option. Might have it made myself if you guys don't. Probably not ideal for off-roaders but for us casuals it would be absolutely perfect.Food for thought.
