The shield is extremely difficult to hang I needed to buy a $700 ceiling mount from the pro shield company to hold it even after that, once we installed the included pneumatic arms the shield tilted forward and the tv extension moved to its full open position. The only way to get the shield closed was to hold the front panel open by hand, remove the arms push the TV back into the back enclosure while holding the front panel open. Once we got the TV back in the only way to decrease the tilt was to loosen the tilt mechanisms screws straighten it but only partially then retighten the tilt screws .If the front panel is down (which on mine is the only option) the sound quality is poor.This for a total f about $1900 plus the cost of a TVDo yourself a very big favor buy an outside tv and simplify your life

By far the best enclosure our family has ever owned! We installed a 75'' TV with a sound bar and Dish box on the full motion mount within the enclosure. SNAP TV did the installation and TV Shield ordered the Mounting Kits, and the fully sealed enclosure. Our outdoor Pergola is now complete! Thank you SNAP and TV Shield!Outdoor TVs can start out for this size in the thousands. This allows you to save cost on the TV and get what you want.

I cant say enough good things about this company. The product is great and does everything as advertised. The best part about this company isnt only their product though, but also their tremendous customer service.I had someone come out who was going to install it for me. This was the first one he had ever seen and he refused to do it because he wasn't comfortable with it. I contacted the company to ask about his concerns and the customer service agent talked me through absolutely everything. She even gave me her cell phone so that I could text her if I had a problem and she was very responsive. Turned out, I ended up installing it completely on my own (with some minor help from a friend due to the weight of it), and it was very very easy to do.I had one more issue which I won't go into detail about, but after contacting the company, they fixed it right away. They care about their customers satisfaction and that is rare these days. It was a little scary buying such a big item over the internet, but the overall experience with this company and the product lived up to all my expectations. They are a good investment for your tv.

The TV Shield is AWESOME!!! Totally protects the TV and still shows clearly!!!

We purchased and installed the Pro last year, and are happy with the enclosure. It is a heavy piece, and should last a long time. Ours is mounted high up on the back of our house so we can watch TV from the pool and patio area. Our area is very sunny, and impossible to see any TV until the area gets in the shade. We have a 70" TV mounted in the enclosure. The packaging was great, and it arrived when it was promised.

We installed these in a schools gymnasium and they are perfect for that environment. Super durable and easy to install! Would recommend and use again!
