Q: Would these hold up on the bathroom wall?

I wouldn't count on it. If you adhere them to a thick canvas you could likely attach the canvas to the wall. Maybe if your walls are smooth plaster it might work. But on standard builder-grade unsmooth walls they would not stick to, or if they do stick it wouldn't be nice and neat.
