These knives are excellent!! Sharp and easy to handle. I especially like the smaller one! Very good for my small hands.

Sharp!!! The blade is thin so they are ligth weight Wich are great for me (carpal tunel :/) love the color, I open the drawer and find them immediately or when I ask for a knife I say "the blue one" "the red one", because they're so sharp the cover us a must.

These are great knives! This is my second set just because I wanted two sets of the same! I love that they have covers!

Work really good for vegetables. In my opinion the blades are a bit thin, but easy to sharpen. Handles feel ergonomic. Would buy these again.

Edges may be less after months of frequent household use. I hand wash, dry, more during citrus cuts. I wish i had a full set like this all my life. I didn't know what a quality knife was.
