Yes, the hole pattern is different than standard hinges. But considering these are 1/6th the price of stainless hinges found at the big box stores, im more than happy to deal with that problem. The hinges and screws are definitely non- magnetic stainless. Probably not the highest grade, but these saved me several hundred dollars replacing all the hinges in my bathrooms.

These are great for outdoor use. Nice appearance and should last for years.

I'm a wood craftsman and looking forward to putting these to work.

I would overlook the hole pattern not being standard on these hinges if you could remove the pin.

sorry to report that 4 of 6 were deformed, ie were flat perfectly flat, as well as an earlier review which talks about the non standard hole placement.

The media could not be loaded. Will return bolt pattern not standard and will put screws too close to edge of door to hold and center hole partially overlaps existing hole

These seemed too good to be true - stainless for a great price, but they passed the magnet test (not magnetic), and installed nicely in place of my rusty hinges in our Bahamas house.
