Product is certainly NOT vegetarian (has Squid extract as one of its ingredients)
The product isn't vegetarian as is advertised on the Seller's page. The pic posted is that of the ingredient list of the actual product received and has squid extract listed as one of its constituents. Can't comment on the quality of the product though as I myself as a result didn't consume it. That being said the product was delivered as promised in good packaging.

Not as good as Nong Shim
It is a soupy noodle and I liked the taste but it's taste is a little underwhelming. Next time I will just stick to Nong Shim Super spicy one.

Non vegetarian
This product contains fish and egg even when its labelled vegetarian, be aware, they should make sure that when it contains non veg to label it the same. Ridiculous

These are the absolute BEST spicy ramen you can get. I wish they'd just sell the flavor packets though so I could use them to make gluten free ramen for my partner. I've tried many spicy ones and they just don't hit the same way as these do. The only thing you gotta watch, is just ONE packet is like 117% of your daily value of sodium. It's kinda nuts. I wish they made a version of this that had all the same "flavor" stuff, and just lessened the amount of salt, or sold just packets/canisters of a salt free version of the flavor stuff. I also usually put this in a big bowl (crush up the ramen while IN the bag first) and put in like 3 times the amount of water that it asks and it's still flavorful. Makes the BEST hangover food for my upset stomach too when I can't eat other stuff without puking lol. This is definitely worth it, just dilute some, dont eat this too often and you can enjoy it well that way. P.S. I've tried going on the paldo website and looking for just the flavor packets/mix, and they don't sell them separately. I've even tried contacting them to no avail. If anyone has any leads on where/how to get just the flavor stuff, let me know lol.

yes, it's full of salt, msg and other lovely stuff, but it can't be any worse than what you eat at many typical restaurants. i can handle a LOT of spice. seriously. in fact, sometimes i add a squirt of sriracha sauce on each bite when feeling indulgent. but this noodle would be spicy for some - if you can't handle the heat, get the sapporo ichiban's ramen. (or add less soup base, but more on that later.) if you don't count the high-priced specialty brand that i can't remember the name of (eh, it wasn't that good), this product also seems to have the distinction of being the only vegetarian instant ramen, thanks to the more accurate labeling of international food products. in case you're a vegetarian searching for the ingredients, here it is as printed on the package, complete with spelling errors: noodles: wheat flour, modified starch, palm oil, salt, gluten. soup base: salt, monosodium l-glutmate, sugar, capsicum, ginger powder, red pepper, bean protein. dried vegetables: green onion, mushroom, carrot, red pepper cabbage. since one package contains almost 100% recommended intake of sodium for a petite person, this is what i do. besides adding my own fresh veggies, i pour the water out directly from the pot after cooking (thus leaving some in there), then i only add the half of the soup base. i have no desire to drink the liquid part, and i think some of the palm oil also gets release from the noodles. i skip the dried vegetable packet since they just look gross. you could probably find this at a better price at your local korean grocery market if you have one nearby, but you can't beat the convenience of amazon. for about $1 each subscribe-and-save, it's worth it for me.

Okay okay so we all know that these things aren’t good for you. With all the sodium and all! I’m sure they hold no nutritional value at all but who doesn’t miss a good bowl of ramen? When I stopped eating meat, I thought they were no longer an option so it’s been 7 years since I’ve had some of these so understand why I’m giving this 5 star review. I add a little lime juice and green onion to mine. I think the spicyness depends on the amount of water/seasoning you add. I like mine to be wet and soupy but still, I get a good spicy kick. Not overly spicy like those “Spicy Noodle Challenge” videos. These have a good amount of spice. Slight nose runs may occur but definitely do-able to the person that enjoys spicy foods without it being TOO EXTREME. I’m happy to have found these. They are yummy and the noodle texture is perfect.

I gave this a high rating because genuinely these are the best ramen noodles i’ve ever had, I’m vegan so finding spicy noodles is challenging to say the least. While other companies have made spicy noodle packs this product always brings me back. The noodles truly are amazing, and my partner and I often crave these noodles and save them for special occasions. It’s also worth noting I have ordered these noodles since 2019 possibly even sooner. With all that said, I want to elaborate on my experience with these noodles. Originally when I ordered them for the first i don’t know, ten times? I got 4 PACKS of noodles (25 noodle packets total) from one order. The most recent time I ordered these noodles I only got 1 pack of 5. I emailed customer service right away, they were super helpful and said they would make sure I was sent the correct one. Low and behold, i received another 1 pack of 5. Feeling defeated I was glad I received an extra pack at all. But this is wrong, its bad advertising for a product that previously I have ordered MANY times. For only in the most recent year (in my experience) to start only receiving one pack of 5 is ridiculous. These noodles are a luxury to begin with at almost $30. The reason I’m writing this review is because as much as I love these noodles and will probably order them again because they aren’t sold ANYWHERE in stores (trust me I check everytime I go to the store), please don’t buy it expecting 25 packs total. You will get 5, and it will be very very sad. But these noodles are very very yummy.
