Product quality - Best for given price range Connectivity with apple devices - best in class with various features. Connectivity with Android - good but you can't enjoy all features. Sound quality - above average but not best you can not regret after buying, but lot of other options available in this price range which gives you better sound quality then this. Battery life - as mentioned on package. Value for money - Yes, in general but No - if you love to listen music, go for other options.

As it's made by apple it has W1 chip so switching between apple devices and pairing is very fast. Thr max volume is not that high. It is high enough but sometimes you might feel volume is a bit low. Very comfortable to wear for long periods , as it's very light and made from comfortable material you will forget you are even wearing it. Battery life is average. Around10 hours of real world usage. It's not crazy high like OnePlus 20hrs or boat 60hrs. But it will do the job you will get 2 days of battery life. Sound quality is nice. Not very bass heavy but it has enough bass. The sound staging is also good, you can clearly differentiate between different instruments. Another thing is apple's spacial audio. If you have apple music subscription you can you this feature. With this feature the direction from which changes with the direction of your head. That is it always keeps you like in center and the music is being played around you. You have to hear it to experience. Final Verdict: Buy only if you have more than 1 apple device. If you have just 1 apple device or you use an android phone go for something else. It is only worth this much money if you have multiple apple devices.

sound is a little on the lower side….and fitting the ear is also a slight issue…otherwise excellent for iphone….bluetooth 5.0…and w1 chip…nothing to complain update after a couple of months : i dont know how…but ear fit is absolutely amazing now..maybe the eartips adapt to your ear…sound quality is good….not as amazing as airpods pro…but worth 4500₹…a must buy for an iphone user looking for a neckband…battery lasts almost 10 -11 hrs…full charges in under an hour..,,overall very happy with the purchase

As much I am concerned beats is the best in the market and so have I heard about this beats flex but in my case things are not the same I have received and used product even volume button doesn't perform well connectivity issues are there I want to return the product

Happy with the performance. I connect this to my Mac, iPhone and iPad. There are no issues with the connectivity and audio quality. I am also satisfied with the call quality. I am able to connect with Android but there is no app support. The Beats app is not available for India.

Purchased 2 product of Beats flex. One of the product stopped working in 3 month’s. Thank God it has warranty so Apple service promised to for the replacement. However the quality is not so good as One plus or Apple AirPod. It is costly too.

The battery life is not so decent it’s last 5-6 hours with mix use and stand by mode. Connection is good with iPhones. Sound quality is 7/10, bass 4/10, Connection with iPhone 9/10, battery life is 6/10

very good for long term use, very comfortable... -optimum loudness with adequate bass, treble, clearity...everything is much balanced... some people may not like these earphones(who use earphones only occassionaly or for little time use)....but if someone is who used earphones and already used some good brand earphone can easily recognize that how good these earphone's are...
