BioMax will tell you that if you buy this machine from Amazon there will be no guarantee on the machine and no support will be provided At the end customer becomes a fool Don't buy it, instead look out for some other options like ESSL Etc.

Product is good but need some enhancement in usability
Product is good. The only thing is not good is entry of the employee names. User database entry must be simplified. I have 50 employees and it took my HR 20 hrs to enter database manually of all the employees. There should be an excel upload option or sync with mobile app option to enter user database. You can get exported data in excel sheet for all the purpose, but can't upload it back to enter the user data.

Software trap
Good machine but biomax start charging 5000 rs a year for software after 1st year. You are stuck then. Do not fall into the trap.
