A bit pricey but works great
I had to replace a till that I got gotten for my Square Register and I found myself picking this up for the supposed ease of setup. When I got this in... I made the right choice. I had this up and running in under 5 minutes and when it pops open its so smooth, it's probably the nicest register till I've ever purchased. It's also the most expensive one as well but I may get another one in the future the next time I find myself having to upgrade another system in the future.

Who needs the vendor provided system
This item is a great price. I have seen it offered by my vendor for $385. I am glad I found this here. This drawer works great and is easy to install.

Color is not as described.
It’s not white at all. It’s cream/champagne and does not match the white square POS equipment, which is why I purchased.

MAY NOT BE AS DESCRIBED
When you add it to your cart, it becomes the cheaper model for the price listed. Except the description indicates its the heavy duty model, when added to the cart it becomes the part number for the cheaper standard duty unit.

Misleading Description
Not happy. This product says manual operation. Nothing said the key had to remain in the unit at all times to use manual. The wording lead me to believe the key could be put in the manual position to be used. In manual the key can't be removed. That does not work for me. I feel ripped off because of the restocking fee charged. I should not have to pay that when manual operation is not truly manual push to open but still key required. In my case the key left in the drawer would be asking for injury and removing and inserting every transaction would delay transactions and ultimately be left in the drawer which leads back to possible injury or at the least broken key. Upon return I had to buy a unit that specifically listed push to open no key required. The replacement probably won't last as long but at half the price I can buy a second one when first wears out.

It's good quality only thing I didn't like about is there is no cabel included.

Was able to work this with the software for the testdrawer, quick books did not work with drawer unless you have their point of sale
