Yes, it will be blown away if placed outdoor. This inflatable is best for indoor use.

Q: is this plastic or plush as description suggests an inflatable plush?

It is plastic. I used it for a circus theme and it worked very well.

Q: How do you blow this up?

Just like a regular blowup. It has a large valve that maybe you could use a pump but we just blew it up manually with our mouths. We blew it up back in May for a birthday and it’s STILL full like day 1. Really great quality product!

Q: How much weight can it take, could i ride it?

Definitely not. This is a blow up toy. Not for riding.
