This replacement thermostat was over $100 less than the OEM unit was not really not the same (my old 220V wall heater was discontinued long ago). Similar items were 2 and 3 time more expensive and did not look to be as close a match to my obsolete unit that had failed so I ordered this one. When I did the switch there were a few continuity issues and I wrote to the seller and asked for a refund or exchange. The next morning Debbie from customer service e-mailed and offered both as options. Fortunately, further installation troubleshooting (on my side) fixed the problem and the unit fits and works perfectly! Bill Crain, Pownal Maine
