Q: What is the difference between this and the dual trigger point version?

Hi Alexa, I have not tried the dual point trigger version, but looking at the pictures, it seems the dual point is not adjustable, and is equipped with somewhat larger massage balls, which is probably an indication that the pressure may not be as deep (focused) as the Neck & Shoulder version. I do see however that the Dual Trigger Point version has a tighter fit, which also translates into more pressure. I am nonetheless very please with neck and shoulder device.

Q: Is this supposed to work like an S cane, but you position the knobs yourself? I cant figure the point of this device. Thx.

I don't know what an S cane is, but this works super well on my neck. It is sturdy and yes, you can move the knobs and turn it around, up or down, by pushing the white bits on the side in and then turning the knobs, or you can pull the knobs and then turn them. I prefer to push them in as it uses less force on the knobs.

Q: Should I get the four knobs massager or the dual trigger point? I suffer from daily migraines and a very, very tight neck. Help!!

I only have the two knob massager. The only con I have about these are it gets to your arms (tiring) holding it up to massage the neck. It's tight (snug) around the neck, so I have to hold it out some so it doesn't hurt. I have stiff, painful neck muscles and I thought this would help. I'd almost prefer an electric neck massager, but this is ok.

Q: How do you use this product on the shoulder blades?

It doesn't get your shoulder blades at all. It is great for the sides and back of the neck but can tire out your arms very easily, not ergonomically designed. Still a great tool. I'd recommend something else for your shoulder blades.
