I love these balls are so many great uses for them in the Pilates world!

Do yourself a favor and use a real hand pump...inflating the ball with the included straw is an exercise in futility. Luckily I had a pump in my closet from a larger balance ball chair that quickly and easily inflated the mini ball to full capacity.All in all, the ball is firm yet soft and has a nice grippy texture for floor workouts (i.e. pilates, barre, and yoga).

The media could not be loaded.  I got this ball to do my leg squeeze exercises I do in PT at home. The size is decent and it does have good flexibility. It comes with an insert to use to blow it up and all I did was blow it a little extra to allow myself ability to plug it without loosing to much that it would be soft. All in all it was a good price for what it is and I have to inflate it every few weeks as it does soften.NOTE: You have to be super careful not to place the insert inside the ball. That’s a little tricky.

I bought this ball because I workout at home. This ball is great for pilates and barre style workouts. It's durable and just the right size.

The ball is lightweight and perfect for my use with special populations. But blowing it up and plugging it is almost impossible without losing some of the air. If anyone has any suggestions, I am open to hearing them.

I absolutely love these balls. How perfect! I have constant back pain but with these beauties ( I have a few) they supply the perfect amount of pressure to my back, upper and lower. I use them in my chair, bed, etc I even leave one deflated as a to-go ball, to use in my car. Easy to inflate, deflate with the accompanying straw!

I returned a similar ball from another company because they sent the wrong color. This one was the color I wanted, so I was excited to get it pumped up. It came with a straw that you blow through, pumping air into the ball. The straw wasn't a tight fit, so air leaked out as I blew air into the ball. I got it to the firmness I wanted, then took the included plug & quickly plugged the hole, with a little air escaping before the plug was settled into the hole. I picked up the ball to test it, a few hours later, and it wasn't as hard as it was when I pumped it up. So I checked it again the next day & it had lost quite a bit of air so that it wasn't useable as an exercise ball without pumping it up again. The plug isn't a very tight fit, so I think air is leaking from the hole because it's not tight enough. I'm very disappointed & done with trying to order another one from yet another company. I just thought I would have my own ball when I go to my Silver Sneakers class, instead of using theirs. We have to wipe down any of their equipment we use, so I want to have my own so I can skip that. Besides, they don't have any purple balls...and I love purple. Ya can't go wrong with purple! But, I went wrong with buying this ball.

Works perfectly fine... No problems... Nice color...
