Flexible mount for your soundbar
This works great. I used it on a soundbar for a 55" TV. Pretty flexible configuration. Instructions were not amazing, but I was able to get it done without too much effort. Ultimately looks good and does the trick.

Had to modify my TV mount for this to work
If you are getting this to mount a sound bar with a TV Wall Mount, this works best with the type of wall mounts that use to vertical mounts that attach to the TV that then get hung on a horizonal bar of the wall mount. The TV mount that I have is a Sannus mount that uses a square plate that can be expanded with metal arms in an X pattern.The problems that I ran into was that the square plate of the TV mount has a lip around the edge with gaps to accommodate and hold steady the arms of the TV mount in the X pattern which prevented me from hanging the vertical bars of this sound bar mount vertically. I could have worked around this using the included spacers but the other problem was the vertical bars were WAY too short to mount on my 50" TV using both the upper and lower VESA mounting screws. Doing to would have the sound bar sitting behind the TV, not below or above it.My first try at using this was to use a spacer and a single screw to mount each of the vertical bars. This worked but without a second mounting point, the sound bar was free to move left and right several inches because the vertical bars could rotate around their mounting screw on the TV.I ended up having to use a hacksaw to trim away some of the lip on the bottom of the TV mount to accommodate the size of the sound bar's vertical mounts. This gave support to the sides of the vertical bars and keeps them from rotating much.The small black screw sticking out above the silver mounting screw passes through the mounting plate and is used to provide a second contact point to further keep the vernicle sound bar mounting bars from rotating left or right.
