Bought for my sons to work on speed and they enjoy using it.

I love this harness
I use this to help me move heavy stuff in a wagon around my yard. We attached another band which allows the hookup to the wagon and I am very happy.

It gets the job done
The media could not be loaded. I like how small and portable it is. I was also able to use it for both dragging a sled forward and backward. It would be perfect if the shoulder straps were also adjustable, but overall it gets the job done. I recommend it, it's a good bang for your buck.

Small vest doesn't fit a grown man
Vest was very small, could not get it on,had to return.

Not what I wanted
I wanted to use this for dragging a weighted sled backwards. It fits fine if you are pulling the sled but putting it on backwards it doesn’t fit properly.
