This product is very good for the skin.

I love this exfoliator! I use this twice a week, sometimes as a mask. I wet my face and do like 3 shakes in my palm, add a little drop or two of water and crate a paste or mud mask type consistency. I rub all over my face, in light circular motions, avoiding the eye area. I leave it on until it dries a bit, maybe like 5 minutes. Then with wet hands I scrub my face and rinse my face. follow with a good moisturizer.
