This book is poorly written. For starters, it's clear that the author does not have a good grasp of the English language, which makes for difficult reading. Second, the author uses inappropriate words, which change the meaning of what the author is really trying to convey. Lastly, this book only teaches you how to do no contact. It doesn't tell you what to do to get your ex back after the no contact period. I don't recommend this book at all.

Really good book with a lot of quality information. The no contact rule opened my eyes to many different strategies that can help in a relationship.

I found this little book really useful, with tips on how to avoid seeing updates from your ex on Facebook or the dreaded drunken phone call!The only thing that really takes away from the stars is the poor English grammar and spelling.
