Wake up to pee? Not me!
My doctor prescribed these as a preventative supplement and I don’t seem to have any issues, so I’d say they’re working great. Keeps the plumbing functioning at peak performance. Never been a “wake up in the middle of the night to pee” kind of a guy and want to keep it that way. Highly recommended product!

One of the best supplement companies!
I'm 45 and have used this daily for the last few years based on the recommendation of multiple Naturopath Dr's. After doing research on many supplement companies, DFH has industry leading quality controls, they make their own products, and the potency is always top notch. After taking this for a month my labs came back normal and I feel great. I highly recommend any Designs for Health products and take many of them daily. I know there are some less expensive products available but I'm not willing to compromise my health for a product that may be tainted by a subpar manufacturer.

Consistency is Key
As a perimenopausal female, dealing with hormonal acne & hair loss, I began taking this for the DHT blocking capabilities it has. You need to take it daily & be consistent & you’ll see results after 1-2mo. I went off for 6 months thinking I was good. The acne & hair loss returned so clearly it was working. I’m back on and have subscribed.

Pharmaceutical grade is the only way to go!
You get what you pay for. While Designs for Health are more expensive, they are a pharmaceutical grade supplement which means they have to be pure with a minimum amount of fillers. My trainer recommended this brand over 10 years ago and I have never taken anything else. Worth my health and the money!

It helped my urgency to urinate all the time Plus it settled my stomach, and made my legs to walk better. That was just after taking two Prostate Supreme. Mind you I am taking other supplements daily and waiting for my potassium iodide (because they say you need it for the prostate to heal, that is not-included in this formula (which could be dangerous to your health, if taken in excess).
