This machine came fairly quickly. Be warned though, I got a random text from a third party carrier about scheduling a drop off with no indication on what the product was; so I thought it was a spam text. Later, I got an email from the amazon buyer that I’d be contacted by a third carrier.This machine arrive attached to a crate . You’ll need bolt cutters to cut the metal strap that locks the machine down to the crate.It’s mainly assembled, you’ll just have to add the machine oil, place the machine in the table, and wrap the belt around the motor. Runs like a quiet beast! I love it!The manuel that cones with it is slightly confusing, and is mainly for how to fully assemble the machine, I’d watch a youtube video on how to put together a mostly assembled machine!

The media could not be loaded. I like everything about this machine. I bought it 7 years ago and still working like new.

Had issues with their shipping!! I had to reach out to them through Amazon after the shipping date had past and then I got an email with a phone number to call to schedule a shipping date. Then the people on the phone were rude as if I were an inconvenience to them.After much patience my product finally came. The machine was mostly setup, which was very convenient. But I still had to put a few things together and the manual that they provided was totally useless as it was more of a manufactural guide on assembling parts. I couldn’t find much help on YouTube or even Google on what part to put where. So I ended up just looking at pics online of already assembled machines and tried to identify the parts I still needed to connect. Took me a couple of hours.Once finished I then ran the machine and it appeared to work fine. But a couple of hours later the timing went off, the thread wasn’t stitching and the needles kept breaking.I tried to call the number on their Amazon account and that company said they don’t even sell that model... hmmm... okay so let’s see... I’ve a got malfunctioning machine without a proper manual and no contact for help... what rating would you give on this review?

good news - goes thru the heaviest denim even at side seam - bad news - it goes too fast -ican hardly control it .
