It took a while to find it in Amazon. I guess I should have used the words "cross over". It allows you to connect 2 pieces of pipe at right angles to each other. Perhaps it should be called Right Angle Pipe Bracket. Mine connects 2 pieces of 1 1/4 galvanized pipe. It seems strong. The metal has a nice thickness. But the part of the bracket that bites into the pipe was bending as I tightened it. Its also bending a little at the middle. I was a little concerned about running out of thread. But I was able to get it tight. The bending may help lock it in place on the pipe. I used it to mount an extra guy wire, and the pipe allowed me to clear the downspout on my house. Some will want to mount a 2nd antenna offset horizontally from the first one. Came with lock washers to keep it tight. Am satisfied with it.

This mount is a bit on the pricey side for what it is but is very well built. The metal plate is very think and should hold up very well. I am only using it to hold up a 3-4ft cross arm and some very light antennas but would trust it with much more.I was hesitant at the price but am very happy I decided to pull the trigger and buy it.

This plate is large enough that after drilling, I mounted three security camera's to it. Also mounted it to an anti-bird dropping cover viewing our alleyway. The entire thing is mounted on a hefty security poll, also purchased from Amazon.

The bracket/plate is nice, thick, and solid, seems good quality. Unfortunately mine arrived with one of the U-bolts having a nut seized on it. The nut would not move without extreme force, and was stripping the bolt. Somehow the bolt was a bit over-size since other nuts would not fit on it. I returned it for a quick exchange, and the new one works great.
