To me these are the ultimate glute/booty bands. With the two different resistances (light and heavy), you can really give your hips and glutes a good workout, whether at home, at the gym or where ever you are. These are made of fabric so easy to care for, they stay in place and don't slip.Like all Undersun products if you have an issue, they want to know and will take care of it.

Received these bands within 2 days. I was surprised at the quality. They are very well made. The fabric is super comfortable. The inner part is lined with two strips of silicon material that helps the bands from sliding when I'm using them. With the two weights, I am able to use them for different exercises and adjust weight as needed. Definitely recommend these!

I've recently been going to physical therapy for some knee trouble and the highly recommend I strengthen my glutes and hip flexors to take some pressure off of my knee and these are perfect for that! These allow me to recreate a lot of the exercises I am doing at physical therapy from the comfort of my home. I think my favorite part is the anti-slip material that is used to make sure they don't move around. So much nicer than the cheap band I was using before. Another home run from Undersun!

First and foremost, Undersun is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. The customer service is absolutely top notch.Now for the bands. Great quality, as I expected, and very versatile. Not only use them for around legs doing squats and lunges, but can use them to do arm, chest and shoulders/back as well. Pill aparts, single arm bent rows, etc.Extremely happy with my purchase, as I expected to be.

I have used many hip bands over the years but these are the best yet. They grip well and the fabric is thick and sturdy. My favorite part is that these are light and heavy resistance and the bands are the same length making interchanging between the resistance levels easier.. Most other bands come in a small, medium and large with the large band being ineffective. I highly recommend the Undersun hip bands and programs.

Durable. Well made or either I am not putting therm to the maximum test. So far so good.

The media could not be loaded.  These don’t slip like normal mini bands. The most annoying part about mini bands is when they roll up and sack you mid zoom call. The UnderSun team created a cloth type band which is not only more comfortable it has non slip areas on the inside that allow you to keep the band in place easier. I have tried out a ton of hip bands and these are by far my favourite.

Not wide enough of a stretch for 6' height. for shorter heights like 5' maybe. Very stiff. There's better out there. Too expensive for lacking quality IMO.
