Pump inflates fast but leaks air after 3-4 uses.80 kg person can wake up on the ground in the morning.I am not happy at all with the product and returned .

Matelas acheter il y a six mois. Utiliser deux fois. Super bien entretenu et voilà qu'il ne tiens plus le gonflement. Je contacte le vendeur et il ne veut rien savoir car garantie 3mois ! Article acheter 82€ et service après vente qualité 0 !

Great bed at first, quick to blow up, blow up early in the evening if you dont want to wake your neighbours though. Used for friends staying the night on 3 separate nights since ive had it, on the third night, my guests woke to the bed half deflated. Filled it up and by morning again half filled. I myself checked it for punctures and couldnt find any, but could feel air coming from the part where the pump is itself. On trying to explain this to Stack ems customer service, I was told I was wrong and its most likely a puncher and to send it to them so they can basically prove its a puncture. Bit sceptical regarding them inspecting the bed for punctures, what stops who ever inspecting the bed puncturing it or in the process of delivering the bed damages it in some way for Stack 'm High Ltd put the blame on me?I would of happily sent it back if I was offered a refund or replacement, but I cant trust your companies integrity to inspect a product you sold to me and challenged so profusely when requesting a replacement.For this reason I'm going to order a new one from elsewhere and personally staying away from the brand of the bed itself
