Product feels high-quality it’s on the thin side which is good , I’m 5’10” 265 , 36/38 waste , I normally wear a 2xl shirt and I got this sauna suit jacket in a 3X It’s a little bit tighter than what I wanted but still works any tighter and I probably wouldn’t be able to wear itAs far as sweating in it 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great sauna jacket. I’d definitely recommend getting one size bigger though for comfort. I’m typically a medium in most jackets but after reading some reviews that mentioned getting one size bigger, I got a large and can vouch for them as well. I put it to use today for a run and it definitely left me drenched in sweat.

Great quality! Does not feel cheap! Since it is men sizes consider getting your size or one size bigger to make up for your size. Such as if you are a large in women’s then a medium will fit but since I like looser close I got a large in mens. Something to consider.

Was to small ,order two sizes bigger than you normally wear

Perfect for my weight-loss journey! I purposely purchased a size smaller in order to push me to being motivated! I was on the bike for 30 minutes and was sweating so much! This jacket is perfect to help me with slimming down because a lot of my issues are mid section!

Fit is great. Definitely turns up the sweat factor and a good top layer to wear when it’s chilly outside. Will be helpful for my boxing workouts and running
